Admission
Eligibility Requirements
While we're committed to serving individuals in need, our program is specifically designed for those struggling with substance use addiction. To be eligible, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a substance use addiction
- Must be able to pass a UA Drug Test upon intake (marijuana use excluded)
- Must not have children residing with applicant (New Creation no longer houses children on a full-time or part-time basis)
- Must not have a "no contact with minors" or be a registered sex offender with victims under the age of 18 years old
- Must not have a history of violent charges that could pose a threat to our staff, residents, or children who reside on property
- Must not have child abuse/neglect charges or a history of crimes against children
- Must not have medical or mental health issues requiring intensive care or supervision beyond our program's capabilities
- Must be able to work full-time (if on disability must volunteer during the days or work part-time) and pay the ongoing program fees
- Must be willing and able to participate in our program meetings as scheduled per our program's requirements
- Must be willing to comply with our program's policies and procedures at all times
New Creation, Inc. reserves the right to consider applicants who don't meet standard eligibility requirements on a case-by-case basis.
Intake Fees - ALL FEES PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
If approved for admission, an intake appointment will be scheduled at which time the applicant will be required to pay the following program fees:
- (REQUIRED) $186 to cover the first week of rent and medication storage
- (REQUIRED) $20 for initial UA (Drug Court clients will be exempt from this testing under the circumstances)
- (IF APPLICABLE) $60 - $80 for a phone which includes a phone card - all program participants are required to own a mobile smartphone for the duration of participation in our program.
TOTAL AMOUNT REQUIRED AT INTAKE WITHOUT PHONE PURCHASE = $206

Program Fees - ALL FEES PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Program fees are $186 per week and cover the costs of medication storage, utilities, internet usage, daily meals, toiletries (while supplies last), random UA tests, and program meetings.
Program participants are also required to pay additional fees for the following:
- $20 UA fee for suspicion of use
- $20 Overnight Fee
- Overages for utility and internet use that exceeds the allotted amount (fees are split amongst the house members)
- Payments received more than 7 days after the due date will incur a $15 late fee, charged weekly
- Bank penalties due to insufficient funds or other issues
- Costs associated with damage to property or negligence
- Individual IOUs must be paid within 30 calendar days or there will be a $15 late fee added to the dollar amount per week
